Urine Testing - Don't Hold Your Breath

I received an email suggesting a brilliant plan to subject the recipients of taxpayer funds to the same testing endured by the taxpayers themselves; specifically, urine testing.
There is a basic misunderstanding here in thinking that politicians and their bureaucrat lackeys would ever consider it. They don't give a shit if recipients of taxpayer goodies are criminals, druggies or illegal aliens. They only care for two things; first, removal of the independence that is provided to the masses by disposable income and, second, buying votes with their largesse. After all, who is it easier to manipulate to vote your way; the hard-working, responsible citizen, or the homeless, illiterate, drug-addled vagrants and migrants who can be shuttled to the polls in buses on promises of taxpayer-provided goodies?
All welfare and wealth-transfer programs are criminal enterprises. The Constitution that these political hacks swore an oath upon does not grant them the authority to run charity programs and to force all Americans, at gunpoint, into a government-run pension program. What gunpoint, you say? Try not paying your taxes and look on the hip of the people who come to finally haul you away.
James Madison, the father of our constitution said, in response to a bill to appropriate $15,000 for the relief of French refugees, “I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents”
These notions come not from the founding principles of a proud, free republic of responsible self-governing citizens, but from the twisted sickness of Karl Marx. They were introduced here by our second communist president, FDR. His intention was never to help the downtrodden, but to bring an independent citizenry under the thrall of an all-powerful, collective state, modeled on the Soviet Union.
This is still the motivation of the politicians who push these programs. If they could find no takers for the spoils stolen from the taxpayers, they would take your money and burn it. They despise the idea that you have anything extra. It allows you to be independent of their insatiable mania to control your every thought and action.
If you believe, naively, that there is some good in these social programs; that some people in dire straits are helped, consider this - politicians and bureaucrats are the worst possible choice to run a charity. In fact, it is utterly impossible for them to run charities.
When a citizen sees an unmet need in his community and forms an organization to meet that need, he genuinely seeks to see that problem eliminated. He wants only to fix the problem and go back to his life in satisfaction of a job well done.
When a politician trumpets a cause, and gets support and votes thereby, he has every motivation to see that the problem continues. He benefits from it!
When the bureaucrat is handed a problem, he is not motivated to solve it! He can expand his fiefdom, his budget and his power only if the problem worsens! If he fixes it, he doesn't have more time for his real job and his life. This issue IS his job and his life! It must never be solved!
Do you doubt this? Recall when LBJ's Great Society programs were put in place. Women with children received their welfare checks as long as the father of the children was nowhere to be found. Welfare workers visited the homes and looked for any sign that a man might be present. What is the greatest guarantee of poverty? It is the absence of a working father in the home. Those welfare folks knew where their civil service jobs and pensions were coming from - poverty! The more the better!
But, Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security are successful you say.
These programs have bankrupted the nation - worse, they have bankrupted countless generations to come. Is that successful? Is it now considered a success for the most selfish generation ever known to man to steal trillions of dollars from people yet unborn; people with no voice and no say, to fund their own healthcare and old age comfort?
This is the greatest economic crime in all of human history.
Using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), this nation is 59 trillion dollars in debt!
Some success!
This is a sum that, cannot only never be repaid, but is the thief of the liberty of future generations.
Look at Fannie May, Ginny Mae and Freddy Mac going bankrupt. Look at the lines of panicked sheep outside the collapsed banks today.
This is the merest shadow of what is to come.
And some think there is some chance that these monstrous criminals in Washington DC are going to test the urine of the people getting handouts of government debt to see if they are criminals too.
These politicians are built of urine and shit and scum.
Every day that they breathe they are betraying their oath and their country.
So, sure it is a great idea to test recipients of taxpayer benefits to ensure that they are worthy and truly needy.
But, that kind of an idea would only fly in some fantasy world where the originators and administrators of these programs truly cared for both the donors to, and the recipients of these programs.
Believe me, those are the farthest concerns of the scum and filth in Washington DC.
In fact, and you know this is true, the more degraded and depraved a person is, the more they will be portrayed as victims worthy of your beneficence, disbursed by our munificent government. It could come to pass that a failed urine test will actually ensure more extended benefits, if such a test is not already in place!
Why is that?
