Al Qaeda's number 3, Abu Farraj al-Libbi, has been captured by the Pakistani authorities. Libyan national, al-Libbi has been Al Qaeda's top operative in Pakistan, believed to be behind two assassination attempts against President Musharraf. He's also believed to have been in charge of sleeper cells in the United States and Great Britain, following the capture of the previous number 3, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

Speaking of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, two years ago he was another exhibit for the case that life on the run from the US authorities can be rather rough:
