Joyce found Dukie on Thanksgiving morning and brought him right over. He was born in a feral colony and was very sick. He grew up to be a perfect cat in every way.
Joyce rescued Graybe a month before Dukie from the same feral colony.  They are brother and sister VIDEO - Graybe came to live with me because she is super-allergenic.  She and Dukie were so happy to be reunited!
Dukie and Rascal wrestled a lot. We had to take Rascal in.  The people who found him were fattening him for dinner!on the
 
My old and failthful friend, Nissa.
Nissa, February, 2005 Got Nissa in early '94.   She has been with me through many moves.
Whitey started begging to come in Spring 2004.  I finally broke down and he lives here now.  Annie was fighting for her life against a dog when I found her!  I raised and released her and her brother Rush .
 
 
 
Annie still comes around.  Rush is long gone. Rush headed out for his own territory a few months after release. Rascal and Dukie were fast pals from the start. Snow day. All 4 relaxing on the deck - March 2005.

Baravelli, the best dog ever.  Still missed. Baravelli in Colorado. Baravelli and me in Montclair. Bingo. He was our dog as kids in Montclair. Greg holds Taffy who was so sweet.  Died young in a tragic accident.
