This scum bitch is on O'Reilly tonight and right off the bat she comes out with this vicious lie.  She says that a memo to Alberto Gonzalez says that torture is only organ failure or death.  Her name is Congresswoman Jane Harman, Demoncrat of California.  Big surprise.  This was a calculated and deliberate lie.

What the Bybee memo actually says is, "physical pain amounting to torture must be equivalent in intensity to the pain accompanying serious physical injury such as organ failure, impairment of bodily function or even death". (emphasis mine).

A little different than what the lying bitch says?  You decide.

The really scary thing is that this partisan, dissembling piece of human waste is on the sensitive Intelligence Committee.
