Once, prospective immigrants were screened for disease and scrutinized for virtue.  Now, thanks to the Democrat appointed vermin infesting courtrooms like the Ninth  Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco,  we have reached the point where disease ridden perverts are admitted because.....they're disease ridden perverts!
